This lovely guilded and handpainted bowl was made by the German/Bavarian 
Company known as Jaeger & Comapny ( (1898-1979)
This particular bowl was handpainted by Revry circa 1898-1923.
By the style of painting I suspect it was more likely painted in the 1900s.
The detail on this pinched bowl is quite gorgeous.
